Television - Marquee Moon

Everyone must know this song, but just in case, the classic debut from 'Television'. A mighty 9:48 minutes long (10:40 on the album) and you never get bored of it. one of the most distinctive guitar riff repeated again and again and on top of that Verlaine's distinctive vocals, makes this a timeless track.

The b-side is the same track, but this time in mono, I used to tape these two tracks back to back and play it for nearly 20 minutes.

This posting is from the 12" version which the cover claims is a special limited edition (I have no idea how many copies there were - perhaps Steve from 45 revs will know!)

Band: Television
Label: Elecktra
Year: 1977
Tracks:
1. Marquee Moon (Stereo)
2. Marquee Moon (Mono)

Ripped from glorious scratched vinyl:

I can't believe you haven't got this already, but if you haven't and you like this posting then buy this now. My CD has only one version of Marquee Moon, so i don;t know if this remastered version with extra tracks has another version or it is the mono version posted here, but for £6 who cares:
