Back to the old punk vinyls, and this time the debut single from one of Billy Karloffs incarnations "Billy Karloff and the Extremes". Thanks to 45 Revolutions you can find an excellent synopsis on Billy Karloff and his career here.
So you get a decent little rocker and for me the standout track. with the a-side "Headbangers" The b-side "Don't keep me down" sounds very pub rock (not that there's anything wrong with that).
Band: Billy Karloff and the Extremes
Label: Warner Bros
Year: 1978
Tracks:
1. Headbangers
2. Don't Keep Me Down
Ripped from glorious scratched vinyl (see comments for link)
If you want to hear more you can still get Billy Karloff and the Extremes second single "Summer Holiday"over at the always outstanding Short Sharp Kick in the Teeth here......
