Johnny Rubbish (real name John Gatward) a Stranglers fan who got to know Hugh Cornwall and later became his manager, released his one and only single, a parody of the Sex Pistols "Anarchy in the UK". Apart form the lyrics which replace UK with NW3 4JR (a posh post code from London, Hampstead) its a pretty faithful copy of the Pistols original.
The lyrics are on the back cover, so as usual I have included a high resolution copy for you to sing along. The b-side is a "News At 10" parody (and not a very funny one, although one part made me smile, see if it does for you and leave a comment) which lasts over 5 minutes and that's nearly 5 minutes too long, but I know you completeists would settle for nothing less.
A couple of etchings, with the classic "A Porky Prime Cut" and "That's News To Me" on the b-side.
All in all a bit of harmless fun, and nothing more. A bit more info on this here you will have to scroll down the page to find the right bit.
